Your P&L tells you what happened last month. But does it tell you what's about to happen next month?

Most centre owners read their P&L the way a bookkeeper does: checking the numbers are accurate. But an accurate P&L and a healthy P&L aren't the same thing. There's a difference between knowing your numbers and understanding what they're trying to tell you.

The problem this solves:
Many owners don't discover they're underpriced, over-staffed relative to revenue, or losing margin quietly until cash is already tight and the fix feels urgent instead of strategic. By then, the conversation with your accountant is "how do we survive this," not "how do we grow from here."
