Session Flow

Each session follows a proven structure to keep things focused, practical, and powerful:
  • Orientation – Welcome, context, and today’s Compass focus.
  • Compass Check-In – Brief round-robin accountability on last session’s commitments
  • Knowledge Burst – 20-30 min deep dive into one GROWTH Compass area, often with guest experts.
  • Navigator’s Forum – Peer problem-solving: participants bring real-time challenges and the group shares solutions.
  • Compass Commitments – Each participant sets 1-2 clear, measurable goals for the next two months.
  • Debrief & Networking – Reflection, connection, and shared meal when in person..
