Our early childhood curriculum Te Whāriki is a bicultural curriculum, and the first standard in the Standards for the Teaching Profession is to "Demonstrate commitment to tangata whenuatanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership in Aotearoa New Zealand."
