Really informative and makes you think deeply about your own approaches and practices towards toddlers and their different needs considering their age and stages. Lots of good reminders about the big step from being in a nursery to a toddler room, the ratio difference and ways we can ease toddlers through that transition and make it as smooth and non-disruptive as possible. Great information on creating safe spaces and predictable routines to build those strong relationships within high ratios.
