Let's be honest

Your professional growth cycle usually comes last.
After the rosters, the ratios, the whānau emails and the “who moved my laminator” debrief.

The PGC that lives in a drawer

You set great goals in February. Then life happens, and suddenly it’s endorsement time, and you’re scrambling for someone to sign you off.

Nobody to think out loud with

You support everyone in your team. But who supports you? It’s hard to be vulnerable with the people you lead.

The endorsement headache

Registration renewal comes around, and you need a peer who truly knows your practice. That’s tricky when you’re the one at the top.

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to do this on your own.

A PLG is for you if...

  • You're a centre manager, head teacher or senior leader in ECE
  • You want your PLG to be meaningful, not a tick-box
  • You would benefit from a sounding board outside of your team
  • You need to work on your PGC with others

It might not be the right fit if...

  • You're looking for 1:1 mentoring
  • You can't commit to most of the five sessions
  • You want leadership training or a course
How a PLG year flows
