"I have been in ECE in NZ for 30 plus years, working as a teacher, team lead, manager and centre owner. I have been involved at committee and Board level for kindergartens. I first qualified with my  diploma in teaching in ECE and 20 years later I went back to university and completed my Master of Education focusing on leadership and management in ECE in Aotearoa NZ. My passion is supporting and growing confident leaders."
