As a new leader I really enjoyed getting into the real life examples of how to approach these korero with others. I am still settling into my role as team leader and I feel so much better equipped to handle some much needed korero!

I really enjoyed his webinar. As a leader it made me reflect on my own practice around assumptions and to ensure I am being trustworthy and credible.
It was a timely reminder for me to revisit expectations as with inducting a new teacher to our our team.
— Julia
Coming into a new role of Head Teacher, i found this PD very helpful in gaining a better understanding of what is required for me to better myself with my teaching and leadership and ways to implement strategies and protocols into the centre.
