Getting it right

On 20 April 2026, the ECE Licensing Criteria become updated. It is critical that ECE centres consider what needs to change in their centres so they remain legally compliant.

Presented By

Simon Laube & Katina Beauchamp

Webinar Duration

Approximately 60 minutes

Who is this webinar for?

ECE centre managers and those responsible for updating centre policies

What will you learn?

This event complements and builds on our previous webinar “Changes to Licensing Criteria”, extending into the guidance that has changed. Guidance has changed in additional areas where the criteria have not changed.

The guidance now provides a focus on likely questions you can expect from the regulator, how compliance will be measured and the suggested best practice approach (where applicable).

You’ll gain critical awareness and knowledge of legal changes that require policies and practices to change in ECE centres from 20 April 2026, including suggested ways that centres can comply.
