What an inspiring webinar. Lots of great tips. I especially like the art of delegation 4 rule tip. I'm going to try it!

This was a great refresher for me with some good examples and suggestions of language to use and questions to ask my team and myself particularly around communication and collaboration. The delegation tips were very useful and is something that I could practice more.
