Trauma-Informed Practice Starts at the Top.

You've heard the term. You may have even introduced it to your team. But what does it actually mean to lead a trauma-informed service — not just in theory, but in the way you manage people, build systems, and shape the culture of your setting every single day?

This webinar is for the leaders ready to go deeper.

Join James McTaggart for a thought-provoking and practical exploration of trauma-informed practice through a leadership lens — because sustainable, whole-service change doesn't begin in the classroom. It begins with you.
