Understanding the funding rates and minimum salary scales

Funding rates are changing on 1 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 1 January 2023 and 1 March 2024.

A Minimum Salary Scale for Full parity is being introduced on 1 November 2023, and the Minimum Salary Scale for all funding rates is increasing on 1 December 2023
These have been published in the Funding Handbook.

  1. Each of the changes and the link between the funding rates in Appendix 1 and the minimum salary scales in Appendix 4
  2. The attestation periods for each funding period
  3. The opt in process from one type of funding to another
