Your centre’s philosophy is more than just words on a wall — it’s the heartbeat of your service. A strong, well-crafted philosophy guides decision-making, inspires your team, and shapes the experience for children and families every single day.

In this engaging webinar, we’ll explore how to create (or refresh) your centre philosophy so it truly reflects your values, beliefs, and aspirations. You’ll learn how to move beyond generic statements and develop a living, breathing philosophy that drives practice, strengthens team culture, and connects deeply with whānau and your community.

What others said about this webinar:

Encouraging constructive discussions was very helpful, as are the templates offered. The information on how to have a discussion with a staff member who appears dissatisfied is a very useful tool - I took notes!
— MARGARET
This is a great reminder of how to run productive meetings that involve all key players. I have found my most successful meetings have happened when everybody has had a voice. Sue as always provides great insights and knowledge on these very relevant subjects.
— CAREY
I'm a new Centre Manager and have struggled at team meetings with staff not understanding the importance of certain tasks and therefore never coming prepared and/or never following through. This webinar has given me some great strategies to hopefully have more productive team meetings in the future.
