Equitable place for all tamariki

Our services reflect the diversity of our nation. As we aspire to strengthen our relationships with whānau and our community it is important to have a plan to systemise inclusive practices and to ensure that our place is culturally responsive to all our tamariki and the whānau. Growing our understandings of inequity and striving to shift power the power imbalances that exist is an important step.
