How confident do you feel in your medication training?

Administering medication safely to children in early childhood settings is a critical role that early childhood educators play every day. We are required by the New Zealand Licensing Criteria to be trained in giving medication safely.

The Ministry of Education states:
"Adults responsible for administering medicine to children (other than their own) are provided with the necessary information, training, or instruction to do so safely and effectively."
